Hi, I'm Chad. In 2025, we are moving to the Great White North, but we want to visit friends and family and have fun and amazing weather 3 months out of the year. We are this condo's original owner and have kept it pristine. We have invested in a whole-house filtration system and hardwood floors throughout most of the house.
